ORA Pearls Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Approval is needed before becoming an ORA Pearls stockist. You are only authorised to sell through the retail store or website on your application. Any additional stores or websites need new approval.

ORA Pearls does not allow any products to be sold on online auction sites or market places without written permission.

All ORA items are to be sold under the ORA Pearls brand unless you have been written permission otherwise.

All ORA content and imagery is subject to copyright.

All ORA packaging and display items are for use solely for ORA Pearls products. ORA display items remain the property of ORA Pearls and should be returned if you are no longer a stockist.

All orders are pro-forma and require payment in full upon invoice.

The buyer is responsible for shipping fees. If you would like full shipping insurance, this can be applied on request at an additional cost.

For international orders, all import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to trade@orapearls.com within 24 hours of making the order.

Orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Payment for trade orders is due by BACS. Please include your invoice number as a reference.

ORA has the right to change retail and trade prices at any time.

All items are handmade and might be subject to slight variation. Pearls are organic gems and may vary slightly in size, shape, and colour.

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. In the rare case of any issues, please inform us by email within 5 working days.

Repairs to ORA Pearls due to a design defect will be made one time within 12 months of purchase at no additional cost. If item appears to have been lost or damaged based on client wear, this will be quoted on an individual basis.

By placing an order with ORA Pearls you have agreed to the terms and conditions found on this page. We have the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and if amended, changes are effective immediately. Please review this page regularly to make sure you are up to date.
